The Stanhope Jewelry Company is proud to welcome all United States Armed Forces Blue Star, Silver Star, and Gold Star mothers. We honor the service that their children have provided for the United States of America. For over 50 years mothers of servicemen have been active in the star mothers organizations. Gold Star Mothers was started during World War I and Blue Star Mothers was started during World War II. The mothers supported their servicemen by assisting in hospitals, sending care packages, and standing united as a support group of servicemen mothers. Today the star mothers particiate and support those in state and nation wide organizations. Blue Star Mothers have active duty sons or daughters in the United States Armed Forces. Silver Star Mothers are those with sons or daughters wounded during duty in the United States Armed Forces. Gold Star Mothers have suffered the loss of their sons or daughters in battle. We are proud to support the mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, and family members of those contributing to our United States Armed Forces. Stanhope Jewelry Company is premiering our blue, silver and gold star jewelry. Each star is adorned with a stanhope peep in the middle of the star's heart and shows either a military scene with a poem or personalize it with a custom photo of your choice.
